This Privacy Policy explains how Asianmicro.biz ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, mobile number, address, business details, and identity documents you submit for KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification. We also collect transaction records (orders, donations, wallet activity), your referral relationships, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.
To operate your account and membership; process payments, orders, donations and payouts; verify your identity (KYC); calculate rewards, rebates and referral bonuses; provide customer support; send service and transactional emails; comply with legal, tax and anti-fraud obligations; and improve our services.
Card and FPX payments are processed by our payment provider, Billplz. We do not store your full card details. We may share necessary data with payment processors, delivery partners, and government/regulatory bodies where required by law.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required by Malaysian law (including tax and financial record-keeping). We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted passwords and access controls.
